Description
Recover quickly with our Cellular Recovery Shot. Take it after training to protect your cells from oxidative stress⁴ and rebuild fatigued muscles⁶.
Recover at the cellular level
Our powerful formula provides strong antioxidant support through oleuropein and acerola to minimize oxidative damage⁹ and support the immune system after intense exercise⁴. Whey protein and BCAA help muscles rebuild⁸, while essential nutrients such as calcium and magnesium help restore healthy muscle function³.
OLEUS was developed by a team of researchers from the University of Lausanne specializing in mitochondrial function.
OLEUS is intended for serious and amateur endurance athletes who participate in or train 1 to 5 times per week, including at least one session lasting more than 2 hours
Here are 4 reasons to use our Cellular Recovery Shots
-
Reduces fatigue and exhaustion
By combining the antioxidant and functional benefits of oleuropein cells with B vitamins, we support the reduction of post-exercise fatigue¹⁵.
-
Rebuilds damaged muscles
Whey protein and branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) work to repair muscle damage and reduce fatigue⁸, so you are ready for your next endurance event.
-
Replenishes your immune system
Vitamin C protects and supports the immune system against the negative effects of intense exercise on the body⁴.
-
Restores electrolyte balance
Restores essential electrolytes and minerals lost through sweat for optimal muscle function³.
Directions for use:
When and how should I use the Recovery Shot?
Take OLEUS Recovery Shot immediately after your endurance activities. Our powerful formula provides strong antioxidant support through Oleuropein and Acerola fruit to minimize oxidative damage⁹ and support the immune system after intense exercise⁴. Whey protein and BCAA help muscles rebuild stronger⁸, while essential nutrients such as calcium and magnesium help restore healthy muscle function³.
Can I consume more than one shot in a single day?
We recommend taking one Daily Shot every day. The Pre-activity Shot should be taken 30 to 60 minutes before training or competition, and for longer sessions, you can take another one during the session. A Recovery Shot should be taken after the activity.
Do I need to take all OLEUS products to achieve the desired benefits?
OLEUS has created a complete system designed to support the energy metabolism² of your cells² at every stage of performance. We therefore recommend incorporating all three shots into your routine. However, each OLEUS product is designed to provide specific benefits, and you can certainly choose the one that meets your needs.
Ingredients:
Water, sucrose, whey protein isolate (milk), acidity regulator: ascorbic acid, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, magnesium salts of citric acid, grapefruit flavoring, gelling agents: gum arabic, xanthan gum; dry olive extract (Oleae europaea L., leaf), preservative: potassium sorbate; Acerola (Malpighia glabra L., fruit) dry extract standardized to 17% vitamin C, Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3/PP), dexpanthenol (vitamin B5), sodium riboflavin 5′-phosphate (Vitamin B2), emulsifying agent: polysorbate 20; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12), cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3).
→ Whey proteins with essential amino acids help with recovery from muscle fatigue and accelerate recovery after exercise. Consumed after each training session, they prolong endurance performance.
→ Vitamin C is a cofactor in the synthesis of carnitine, which plays a role in energy production in the mitochondria and contributes to protecting cells against oxidative stress. It supports the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise.
→ Acerola is an important dietary source of antioxidants. Antioxidants from dietary sources help protect against free radicals that cause cellular damage.
→ Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, electrolyte balance, and normal muscle function.
→ The B-vitamin group contributes to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion.
→ Branched-chain amino acids support recovery from muscle fatigue after exercise and improve muscle protein synthesis.
→ Oleuropein has antioxidant activity.

STATEMENTS
¹Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
²L-carnitine helps maintain energy levels for long periods during competitions/intensive exercise. It improves endurance and helps maintain a high level of effort during periods of high physical demand. L-carnitine makes energy metabolism more efficient and protects the energy metabolism of cells.
³Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and electrolyte balance.
⁴Vitamin C is necessary to maintain energy and general vitality and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C is a cofactor in the synthesis of carnitine, which plays a role in energy production in the mitochondria. Vitamin C contributes to the protection of cells against oxidative stress and to the maintenance of normal immune system function during and after intense physical activity.
⁵Ginseng supports physical and mental health/recovery, as well as cognitive and mental performance.
⁶Whey protein provides a rapid supply of muscle-building amino acids after training to promote recovery and support muscle growth.
⁷Calcium contributes to the normal functioning of cells.
⁸BCAAs support improved recovery from muscle fatigue after physical exercise.
⁹Acerola is an important dietary source of antioxidants. It contributes to protection against free radicals that cause cellular damage and to the protection of cells and tissues against oxidative damage.
¹⁰Sodium phosphate supplementation increases maximum oxygen consumption in endurance athletes.
¹¹Citrulline malate supports the maintenance of ATP levels by reducing excess lactates for better recovery from muscle fatigue.
¹²Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle and immune function.
¹³Guarana is a source of energy/helps you feel more energetic and suppresses fatigue.
¹⁴Olive leaf extract (oleuropein) standardized to oleuropein has antioxidant activity.
¹⁵Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
¹⁶Vitamin C and B6, as well as magnesium, contribute to normal energy metabolism.
