The branched-chain amino acids BCAA 4:1:1 APURNA® are ideal for athletes participating in endurance or power sports. They help promote recovery through the repair of muscle tissue. Providing BCAA during exercise also helps provide a rapid source of energy in addition to carbohydrates. They limit the use of muscle amino acids as an energy source during exercise, thereby promoting recovery and muscle growth.

These 3 branched-chain amino acids (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine) are predominantly found in muscle tissue (35%). They are considered essential because they are not naturally produced by the body. They must therefore be obtained through food. For athletes, it is difficult to consume enough BCAA through food to meet the body's needs. Supplementation is therefore necessary to meet the muscular needs of athletes.

The 4:1:1 ratio, 4 (Leucine), 1 (Valine), 1 (Isoleucine) is called "natural" because it corresponds to the natural ratio of these branched-chain amino acids in muscle.

Directions for use:

A daily dose of 4 tablets at 6 tablets of BCAA according to body weight body weight, to split into 2 doses, before and immediately after exercise.
