Squeezy Endurance Electrolytes are effervescent electrolyte tablets designed to effectively replace mineral losses during endurance exercise accompanied by heavy sweating. They ideally complement carbohydrate-based energy intake (gels, drinks, bars) when the primary goal is hydration and electrolyte balance.
The formula provides sodium and potassium, the two key minerals lost through sweat. Magnesium has deliberately been excluded, as it is eliminated only in very small quantities during exercise and does not need to be replaced at that time. The result: a simple, targeted and well-tolerated drink designed for endurance.
