The Squeezy Energy Drink Cherry is an isotonic energy drink designed to support athletes during training and competition. Developed for maximum gastric tolerance, its modern formula free from lactose and gluten provides reliable, sustained energy through a multi-level carbohydrate blend.

Energy is almost immediate through fast-releasing carbohydrates, then sustained for around 20 minutes per serving (250 ml) thanks to slow-absorbing carbohydrates. The addition of sodium and potassium helps effectively replenish mineral losses caused by sweating. Its low osmolarity promotes rapid absorption and excellent assimilation, even in hot weather.

Recommended use

Designed for use BEFORE, DURING and AFTER sports activity (BDA).

Dosage

• Dissolve 50 g (4–5 tablespoons) in 750 ml of water

• During exercise: 750 ml/hour

  • equivalent to 45–56 g of carbohydrates per hour, depending on the mix

• Drink every 20 minutes up to 250 ml

After exercise

• Consume 500 ml quickly if necessary
