When exercising, it is important to anticipate an energy crash and boost your energy before it is too late. To do this, your body needs:

- CARBOHYDRATES: to maintain your glucose level without drawing on your reserves (muscles and liver), thereby prolonging the duration of your effort

- VITAMINS AND MINERALS:

• in particular, vitamins B2, B3, B6 and C, which help reduce fatigue
• vitamins C and E, which help protect cells against oxidative stress

Directions for use:

• During exercise: take one bar every 45 minutes to 1 hour of exercise. This can be used as an alternative to energy gels
• Before or after exercise: take one bar as an energy snack
