Step 1: the mix
Choose your format. Maltodextrin and fructose, 1:0.8 ratio. You make your own gels, at the concentration you want.
Step 2: the flasks
The soft flask replaces the disposable gel. A 60 ml flask equals 2 classic gels, a 100 ml flask equals 3 gels.
