Which High5 gel should you choose: Energy Gel or Energy Gel Aqua? Both types of gel serve the same purpose. However, Energy Gel Aqua has a lighter consistency, between liquid and gel. Energy Gel has a slightly thicker consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.
Directions for use
- Tear off the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, less if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with High5 ZERO tablets.
Ingredients
Glucose syrup, water, maltodextrin, fruit juice concentrate (orange 2%, lemon, blood orange), acidity regulators (sodium citrate, citric acid), sodium chloride, preservatives (potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate), natural flavoring.
