GoldNutrition

GoldNutrition is a Portuguese sports nutrition brand founded in the early 2000s by Custódio César. It describes itself as Portugal’s first sports supplement brand. Its range covers endurance, strength, and health.

A family of gels for every use

GoldNutrition’s strength in endurance is the variety of its gels. At Nutri-Bay, you’ll find Energy Gel (40 g), Long Lasting Energy Gel (40 g), Boost Plus Energy Gel (40 g), Hydra Gel and Hydra Boost Gel (60 ml), and Carb Max Energy Gel (60 g), also available in a caffeinated Boost version. The exact nutritional values of each gel are detailed on its product page.

Savoury bars

For long distances, Endurance Salt Bar (40 g) offers a savoury option, in chocolate and peanut or chocolate and hazelnut. Endurance Fruit Bar (40 g) takes a fruity approach, with strawberry or banana and almonds.

Gel and bar discovery packs are the best way to find the right format for you. If you’re looking for a flavourless gel, Carb Max Energy Gel in the Unflavoured version is an option. Compare it with Maurten, too.
