ENERGY FRUIT is very low in fat, protein, and fiber, making it a fruit bar that is rich in carbohydrates and easy to digest. Thanks to its soft texture, this compact source of energy is very easy to chew, even in cold weather. The ENERGY FRUIT bar is therefore an excellent option for alternating with GELS. One fruit bar contains 26 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 ratio of glucose to fructose.
Directions for use:
Take 1 to 2 fruit bars per hour of exercise, depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise and on the combination with other bars, gels, or energy drinks. However, the need for simultaneous hydration, salt supplementation, and the prevention of gastric or intestinal discomfort should also be taken into account. Personal preferences (for example, solid or liquid energy and taste preferences) are also important. It is therefore necessary to take an integrated approach to using sports drinks, gels, and energy bars before, during, and after exercise.
Ingredients:
Fruit pulp 50%, sugar, glucose, gelling agent: pectin, acidity regulator: citric acid, salt, natural flavors.
