Formulated with a 2:1 carbohydrate blend (glucose/fructose), our C30 energy gels provide 30 g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 200 mg of sodium, with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress. It is the only flavorless gel containing 200 mg of sodium per gel.
