It’s in the name! FastChews are rapidly absorbed electrolytes designed to be chewed, not mixed with water. The electrolytes in FastChews are absorbed through the oral mucosa, which studies have shown absorbs nutrients 2 to 4 times faster than the intestines. Chew the FastChews or let them dissolve in your mouth, then wait 2 to 3 minutes before eating or drinking so the electrolytes have time to be absorbed into your bloodstream.
Recommended consumption: up to 50 tablets (25 servings) per day.
