When you’re at your limit, what sets you apart from the pack?
It’s your ability to limit or tolerate lactic acid – we’ve all felt it, and we all know it’s often the difference between the podium and simply being part of the pack.
That’s exactly what Nomio addresses – it reduces lactic acid, giving you the competitive edge to outperform others, and reduces oxidative stress to help you recover faster.
Road cycling world champion Mads Pedersen credits Nomio with the best performance of his career: an incredible 400 watts for 90 minutes.
Based on Swedish science, not marketing
Nomio is based on 8 years of research conducted by scientists at the Karolinska Institute.
With 25 years of advances in natural molecules that improve athletic performance, they are no amateurs. They are the same researchers who discovered the ergogenic power of beetroot nitrate.
The active compound, stabilized isothiocyanates (ITCs), is extracted from specially cultivated, non-domesticated organic broccoli sprouts. Each 60 ml shot of Nomio concentrates the equivalent of more than 3 kilos of broccoli.
ITCs have been shown to significantly increase glutathione, reducing lactic acid accumulation by 12% and oxidative stress (which hinders muscle repair) by 10% in a double-blind crossover study.
Nomio also stimulates the signal that triggers the production of new mitochondria – the cell’s “powerhouse” that produces ATP (adenosine triphosphate). ATP is the main fuel for cellular processes, including adaptation to training stress. In short: your endurance and aerobic capacity improve faster.
What this means for you
Are you plateauing in your intervals? Cracking on the climbs? Always missing your 10K personal record despite your training?
Nomio can unlock your potential by precisely reducing what holds you back. Less lactic acid means more power for longer, stronger climbs, or maintaining your pace all the way to the finish. This isn’t a “small marginal gain” – it’s huge. Just ask Mads.
Reducing oxidative stress means less damage and faster recovery. Finally, you respond better to training—you improve faster.
Reducing lactate during exercise also helps preserve muscle glycogen, the fuel used immediately during intense exertion. The result: more reserves for the rest of the workout or race, and faster recovery since there is less glycogen to replenish.
Just one shot is enough, 2 to 3 hours before your workout. During intensive training or a stage race, take a second shot one hour before bed to reduce oxidative stress and recover faster.
What 3 kilograms of broccoli provide
The Swedish scientists left nothing to chance: the latest study confirmed that the ITC dose contained in Nomio is the most effective.
Composition:
Nomio is also 100% organic, made up of 80% broccoli sprouts, 15% lemon, and 5% sugar, produced in a pressing facility. This guarantees zero cross-contamination with synthetics and full compliance with WADA rules.
What are you waiting for?
Whatever your sport, a 12% reduction in lactate, 10% less oxidative stress, and faster adaptation are monumental benefits.
The 100% natural ingredients are gentle on the stomach, and you know exactly what you are consuming—no need to search Google.
Like tart cherry juice (used by all the Tour leaders), it won’t be long before the entire peloton gets on board. Plant-based performance aids are new, and research is ongoing.
Note: Nomio remains stable for 8 months when stored in a cool place away from light (it is refrigerated in our warehouse). When traveling, attending a training camp, or competing, it retains its potency for 3 months at room temperature.
