Hydration® is an electrolyte powder designed to replace losses caused by sweating. One serving of 9 g provides 2.1 g of salt, 516 mg of chloride, 278 mg of potassium, 139 mg of magnesium, and 139 mg of calcium. The 200 g pouch contains 22 servings.
Manage hydration independently of carbohydrates
In hot weather, fluid needs rise faster than carbohydrate needs. With just 3 g of carbohydrates per serving, this powder lets you drink more without increasing your energy intake, and vice versa in cold weather.
The salt comes from fleur de sel from the Pyrenees
The brand uses fleur de sel from the Pyrenees, naturally rich in sodium and trace minerals, selected for its purity and the absence of harsh refining treatments.
A bold lime profile
The Lime version features a natural lime flavor and a bright acidity that makes it easier to drink—useful when your mouth gets dry and your desire to drink fades.
Directions for use
- Dilute one 9 g serving in 500 to 1,000 mL of water;
- use on its own, or alongside a source of carbohydrates depending on the temperature and intensity;
- half servings can be used to fine-tune your intake;
- store below 23 °C, away from light.
