HIGH5 Energy Drink is a scientifically formulated drink with carbohydrates and electrolytes to help you maintain your performance and improve your hydration during endurance exercise.

During endurance exercise, your body needs carbohydrates to maintain its energy. You can also become dehydrated if you do not replace the water and electrolytes lost through sweat.

Research on traditional sports drinks suggests that you can consume only 60 g of carbohydrates per hour. However, because Energy Drink is a 2:1 fructose blend, you can consume much more—up to 90 g per hour. This means you get 50% more energy!

Energy Drink is designed to be taken before and during exercise.

Directions for use

• Mix 47 g of powder in 500 mL of water (2 scoops)
• Drink 150–250 mL every 20 minutes during exercise.
• Consume before and during exercise.

The electrolyte level in Energy Drink should be sufficient for most competition conditions. However, when temperatures are high and you sweat more than usual, we recommend adding one HIGH5 ZERO Neutral tablet to Energy Drink to give you even more energy.
