The Squeezy Liquid Energy is a liquid energy gel designed to provide reliable energy without needing to drink water. Its watery texture makes it easy to consume, even at high intensity, during training or competition. Inspired by Squeezy Energy Gels, it retains a low osmolality and multi-stage energy release, thanks to a blend of high-quality carbohydrates.
With a higher water content than conventional gels, Liquid Energy provides slightly less concentrated energy per serving, which promotes digestive tolerance over time. It can be used alone or combined with energy gels depending on the nutrition strategy.

Tolerance & ingredients
The Liquid Energy gels contain isomaltulose, making them suitable for people with lactose intolerance or coeliac disease.
In case of fructose intolerance, it is recommended to test tolerance in small quantities.
The formulation follows a strict philosophy: no artificial or unnecessary ingredients, in order to preserve gastric tolerance during exertion.
Recommended use

In hot conditions and/or during demanding efforts, increase hydration as a supplement
Professional athletes can consume up to 3 gels/hour (or even 4 depending on their needs), and combine Liquid Energy with energy gels if necessary.
