Directions for use
- Daily dose: Take 1 serving (1 shake) 30 to 45 minutes before training.
- Preparation: Add 1 level scoop (22 g) to 250 ml of water to prepare 1 shake. Mix well and drink.
Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
