GU Energy Chews are made with high-energy calories to support your needs during long-duration activities. You can use these chews for training or competition. They come in an ergonomic pouch.

Directions for use:
- 8 chews 5 minutes before exercise
- 8 chews every 45 minutes during exercise
- stay hydrated at all times
Ingredients:
Tapioca syrup, cane sugar, maltodextrin, water, pectin, L-leucine, citric acid, natural flavors, sunflower oil, sodium citrate, L-valine, sea salt, potassium citrate, carnauba wax, L-isoleucine, carrot and blueberry extract (as a coloring agent).
