History: Cycling has always been one of the SILVAIN family’s passions. Many years ago, Philippe SILVAIN developed a bar for his weekly rides and for his riding companions. Then, in 2018, François VICENTE, his nephew, learned the nougat-making craft from Philippe. As an amateur trail runner, he wanted to improve this bar and turn it into a product in its own right. In collaboration with passionate athletes who love Mont-Ventoux, he developed the recipe for ENDURANTE, which is the result of our confectionery expertise, our love of high-quality natural products, and our passion for sport. Based on feedback from athletes and nutritionists who tested ENDURANTE, it is now the go-to fuel for many trail runners and cyclists.
