Who it's for

Digestive tolerance and taste are personal, and should be tested during training, not on race day. This box lets you try each texture - fluid gel, chewy bar and bite - before committing to a format.

Directions for use

• try each variety during training, never in competition;
• 1 gel 15 minutes before exercise, then 1 to 2 gels per hour during exercise;
• 1 bar before or during exercise, depending on duration;
• preferably consume with water;
• The Coffee Cocoa gel is labeled as having a high caffeine content and is not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
