This Mix Pack contains:

The Isotonic Gel is an energy gel whose main source of carbohydrates is cyclodextrin, a latest-generation carbohydrate that enables glycogen to be replenished much more efficiently.
- This gel provides sustained-release energy, perfect during and after exercise.
- There are fewer insulin spikes, which promotes the use of glucose for cellular processes over a shorter period while maintaining blood glucose levels for longer.
- Rapid gastric emptying due to its high molecular weight and low osmolarity, which promotes digestion and reduces gastrointestinal side effects.
- Does not hinder fat burning.
Its main feature is that it does not need to be taken with water, as the gel contains the amount necessary for consumption. In a 68 g stick, it provides 89 kcal and contains 22 g of carbohydrates per gel, almost all of which are complex carbohydrates, with only 1.4 g of sugar.

In a 76 g stick providing 200 kcal, each gel contains 50 g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio of simple to complex carbohydrates.
Directions for use
- For the High Energy Gel, you can consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
- For the Isotonic Gel, you can consume 3 sticks every 60 minutes during exercise. It does not need to be consumed with water.
