WHAT ARE BCAA 8-1-1? 

 BCAA are the 3 amino acids known as “branched-chain” amino acids, predominant in muscle tissue:  valine,  leucine and  isoleucine. These amino acids are considered essential because the body cannot synthesize them and they must be supplied through food or nutritional supplements.

WHY TAKE BCAA 8-1-1?

• Anabolic action : promotes the growth and synthesis of tissues, particularly muscles (muscle fibers)

Directions for use: 

Dilute 10 g in 450 ml of water 1 hour 30 minutes before training or after training with a large glass of water. Take during periods of intensive training or competition for 20 days, to be repeated with a minimum interval of 20 days. Close tightly after opening. Store away from heat and moisture
