The Enervit C2:1PRO range was developed by the Enervit Team with Tadej Pogačar and the UAE Team Emirates team. The glucose-fructose combination in a 2:1 ratio makes it possible to exceed 60 g of carbohydrates per hour and aim for more than 90 g per hour. The addition of 200 mg of sodium per gel (sodium citrate) helps maintain good hydration levels during hot days.
Directions for use
- Consume 1 to 2 gels per hour of sporting activity;
- Each gel provides 40 g of carbohydrates in a 2:1 maltodextrin/fructose ratio and 200 mg of sodium;
