Our blister-packed capsules are ideal when you rely on water from aid stations during events, when it is impractical to mix drinks during your long-duration activities, or when you prefer plain water to even the mildest sports drinks. Directions for use: 
Take 1 to 3 capsules for every 500 ml of water you consume during exercise involving sweating for more than 90 minutes.
