Ingredient Selection:
- Coconut syrup, acacia honey and maltodextrin: provide carbohydrates with low and moderate glycemic indexes to manage energy over time
- Almonds: provide the amino acids needed to help reduce muscle fatigue
- Fig: a source of minerals, helping to compensate for mineral salt losses during exercise
- Acerola: a source of natural vitamin C and an antioxidant.
Directions for use:
BEFORE EXERCISE
The bar can be eaten as a snack 1 hour before training or competition to build energy reserves (in one serving).
DURING EXERCISE
Consume regularly (every 15 minutes during long efforts) in small portions, alternating with other ATLET bars or fruit purée. Consume with water.
AFTER EXERCISE
Consume the bar as soon as possible after exercise (within 30 minutes) to replenish energy stores (carbohydrate, sodium and lipid losses).
Store in a cool, dry place.

Publié le 13/05/2022 à 12:40.Très bonne barre confectionnée avec des produits naturels. Bon gout, facile à mâcher et à manger, efficace. Il n'y a que l'ouverture de l'emballage qui reste un peu délicate en roulant à vélo surtout qu'il colle en plus, un peu à la barre. Mais c'est de toute façon le lot de la plupart de ces formes d'encas.
