Pyrene Hydration (200g) Mint: the hot-weather version
Hydration® is an electrolyte powder designed to replace losses caused by sweating. A 9 g serving provides 2.1 g of salt, 516 mg of chloride, 278 mg of potassium, 139 mg of magnesium, and 139 mg of calcium. The mint version, made with natural flavoring, offers a refreshing taste that the brand positions for hot or humid environments. A 200 g pouch contains 22 servings.
Freshness for easy drinking
As temperatures rise, the amount you need to drink increases, and taste fatigue often makes people give up before thirst does. A subtle mint profile helps maintain the desire to drink, while sweet or tangy flavors can eventually become overwhelming.
Manage hydration independently of carbohydrates
With just 3 g of carbohydrates per serving, each can be adjusted independently: drink more without increasing your energy intake, or vice versa.
Directions
- Mix one 9 g serving into 500 to 1,000 mL of water;
- use on its own, or alongside a carbohydrate intake depending on the heat and intensity;
- half servings can be used to fine-tune your intake;
- store below 23°C, away from light.
