This bar is made primarily from oat flakes, a source of complex carbohydrates andunsaturated fatty acids.
In short, an excellent source of energy for the body during exercise or as a meal replacement.
Treat yourself to the different delicious flavours of delicate oat flakes, all 100% vegetarian. Vegan and lactose-free varieties are also available.

Oat flakes (37%), lemon icing (20%) (sugar, palm oil, water, dextrose, fructose, emulsifier (sucrose esters of fatty acids), salt, natural flavouring, acidity regulators (citric acid| Glucono delta-lactone), Preservative (Potassium sorbate), Colour (Lutein)), Golden syrup, Vegetable margarine (Palm oil, Rapeseed oil, Water, Salt, Natural flavouring), Unrefined cane sugar, Poppy seeds (2%), Natural lemon flavouring.
May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and sesame.
