C30 Unflavored Energy Gel is the next generation of energy gels. Formulated with a 2:1 carbohydrate blend (glucose/fructose), our C30 energy gels provide 30 g of fast-absorbing carbohydrates and 200 mg of sodium, with an exceptionally low risk of gastrointestinal distress. It is the only flavorless gel containing 200 mg of sodium per gel.

Directions for use
Consume 1 to 3 C30 energy gels per hour of exercise, according to your needs.
