What is the difference between Energy Gel and Energy Gel Aqua?
Both gels serve the same purpose: providing energy. Do you prefer a light, liquid consistency and do not want to or cannot take your gel with water...? Then choose Aqua...
Do you prefer a less bulky gel and have access to water...? Energy Gel is your option.
Directions for use
- Tear open the top of the sachet and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, fewer if you are also using a sports drink.
When exercising, it is important to stay hydrated. We recommend using this product with Zero
Maximum per day: 13.
With Caffeine (45mg/100g), not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Water, Glucose Syrup, Maltodextrin, Fruit Juice Concentrate (Orange, Lemon 0.2%, Lime ), Acidity Regulators (Sodium Citrates, Citric Acid, Malic Acid), Caffeine, Sodium Chloride, Preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate), Natural Flavouring.
