Made in France, our Tā hydration tablets are available in 8 flavors. They provide essential minerals (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium) to replace losses caused by sweating, vitamins B2, B6, and B12, which contribute to energy production, and vitamin C, which acts as an antioxidant and helps combat fatigue.
Ideal in very hot weather and during intense or prolonged exercise, they help maintain fluid balance through better water absorption and thus combat dehydration (muscle cramps, headaches, dizziness, fatigue).

Directions for use:
Our hydration tablets are effervescent and should be dissolved in 500 to 750 ml of water, depending on the desired taste and conditions. One tube contains 12 tablets, providing approximately 12 bottles. Easy to carry in a bag or pocket for replenishment during training. There is no need to use mineral water in addition to a tablet; tap water is sufficient.
The tablets can be used before, during, and after exercise to ensure optimal hydration. However, please note that the tablets contain no carbohydrates and should not be considered a sports drink; they are solely a hydration solution.
