Directions for use

Preparing the drink: Dissolve 33 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) in 500 ml of water

General hydration strategy for activities > 60 minutes:

• Drink approximately 200–300 ml in the hour before exercise
• Drink 150–200 ml every 15 minutes during exercise
• ISO ACTIVE also contributes to your carbohydrate needs with 29 g per bottle. During exercise, you should consume up to 90 g of carbohydrates depending on the intensity and duration.
