This sports drink, with no energy contribution (only 4 kcal / 100 ml), provides your body with the electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, calcium and potassium) needed to replace mineral losses caused by sweating.
WHY HYDRATE WITH THE ELECTROLYTE DRINK?
The ELECTROLYTE DRINK is suitable for all sporting activities where good hydration is important for maintaining performance. It is also particularly suitable when training in hot or humid weather.
Dehydration is mainly caused by an imbalance between fluid intake and output. Dehydration is primarily linked to sweating and can lead to a mineral imbalance, mainly involving sodium, potassium, magnesium and calcium. This electrolyte imbalance can cause muscle problems such as cramps or fatigue.
It is therefore important to replace your mineral losses to maintain good hydration, thanks to electrolytes.
Directions for use:
- Dilute 1 sachet of ELECTROLYTE DRINK in 0.5 litres of water.
- Drink from the beginning of exercise, in small quantities, then at regular intervals every 5 to 10 minutes.
You can enhance the effectiveness of your HYDRIXIR ANTIOXYDANT or HYDRIXIR LONGUE DISTANCE energy drink by adding 1 sachet of ELECTROLYTE DRINK when your electrolyte needs are very high during long-distance events (trail running, triathlon, cycling events, etc.) or in hot temperatures.

minerals (potassium, calcium and magnesium citrates, sodium and potassium bicarbonate, zinc gluconate), maltodextrin, natural flavours, acerola powder (vitamin C, acerola extract), vitamins (B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6).
