- 75 mg of caffeine per serving – caffeine may help improve concentration

Directions for use
- 1 serving/day. Drink 150–200 ml every 15 minutes.
- Preparation (1 serving): for an isotonic drink, mix 50 g (approx. 3 included scoops)

- Preparation (individual sachet): for an isotonic drink, mix the contents of the sachet (50 g) in 750 ml of water.
- Contains caffeine (10 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children or pregnant women.

Ingredients
Dextrose, maltodextrin, fructose, mineral salts (sodium citrate, calcium lactate, potassium chloride, sodium chloride, magnesium carbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid), L-arginine (0.8%), natural flavoring, powdered red beet juice, safflower and lemon concentrate, caffeine (0.15%).
