This smooth preparation for a natural energy drink is very well tolerated and easy to assimilate, providing the energy needed for long-duration efforts.
Made with precooked oats, dates, freeze-dried Sicilian lemon and raw honey.

Directions for use
BEFORE EXERCISE
As a snack, like an energy cream with 200 to 300 ml of water, depending on the desired consistency
DURING EXERCISE
- in a 500 ml flask or bottle
- for cycling or running efforts (trail / marathon) lasting more than 2–3 hours, 500 ml every hour.
Preparation:
1. Put 250 ml of water in your 500 ml flask/bottle
2. Pour in the powdered energy drink mix and add the honey (1 stick of 20 g or 1 tablespoon)
3. Finish filling your flask with water.
