Very high in energy, Punchybar energy bars for sport are an ideal supplement for a snack during physical activity. They are perfectly suited to progressive exertion.
Their various indulgent flavors and very pleasant texture make them suitable for use during competitions, particularly during long-duration events.
They are also recommended as part of a pre-competition high-carbohydrate loading diet, in addition to a balanced diet.
Directions for use:
1 energy bar per hour of physical activity, in addition to an exercise drink.
During carbohydrate loading in the days before an event, use 1 to 2 bars / day as a snack.
