Total Energy Salt Bar are innovative energy bars that combine sweet, salty, and caffeinated flavors. Ideal for endurance athletes to consume during training and competitions.
Its formula is now suitable for vegetarians in the chocolate-peanut, chocolate-hazelnut, chocolate-almond-coconut, and chocolate-cashew-cranberry flavors.

The feature that sets this bar apart from others on the market is its salty flavor, providing between 195 and 197 mg of sodium per bar. Replacing the sodium lost during physical activity is extremely important, as it prevents situations of hyponatremia (low blood sodium concentrations).

They provide between 16 and 20 g of carbohydrates per bar, including 13 to 16 g of sugars and approximately 49 mg of caffeine per bar, providing rapidly absorbed energy. The Endurance Salt Bar contains glutamine and branched-chain amino acids in its formulation, helping to minimize muscle breakdown resulting from physical exercise and promoting recovery afterward. They also contain taurine and caffeine, enabling more effective muscle contraction, increased concentration, and delayed onset of fatigue. In addition, they provide high levels of thiamine and vitamin B6, which contribute to normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion (vitamin B6).
