Lecka Energy Mini Mango Coconut: the original bar in bite-sized form
Same recipe as the Mango Coconut Energy Bar, in a 20 g size. 40% dried mango from southern Vietnam, prunes, 7% coconut flakes, cashews and pumpkin seeds. 80 kcal and 12 g of carbohydrates per bite.
The right amount when a whole bar is too much
On a one-hour outing, or between meals, eating a whole 40 g bar at once is often too much. The 20 g size lets you split your intake without leaving an open wrapper in your pocket.
No refined sugar added
The 11 g of sugars come only from dried fruit and brown rice syrup. The packaging says no refined sugar added, alongside the gluten-free and vegan-friendly claims.
How to use
- 1 to 2 bites before or during exercise, depending on its duration;
- as a snack during the day, on its own or with a piece of fruit;
- have it with water to aid digestion.
