Directions for use
- Caffeine-free flavor: 1–4 sachets/day.
- Caffeinated flavor: 1–3 sachets/day.
- Consume as recommended: 1 sachet with water at regular intervals during exercise.
- Caffeinated flavor: High caffeine content; not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. (Green Apple & Black Currant: 122 mg/100 g; 50 mg per sachet. Espresso: 130 mg/100 g; 53 mg per sachet.)
