Atlet Soft Energy BIO (4x40g) - Red Fruits

This soft cake, “ready to eat” in an individual freshness pouch, can be consumed before your training sessions or competitions.

• Provides carbohydrates and fats, essential “fuel” for energy
• Helps reduce fatigue with acerola powder, a natural source of vitamin C
• GLUTEN-FREE, made with rice flour
• Coconut blossom sugar: an interesting sugar because of its mineral and amino acid content
• Red fruits: cranberries, candied cherries, blueberries
• Soft texture and easily absorbed

This product is:

• Gluten-free
• Preservative-free
• Palm-oil-free
• Free from artificial colorings

Ingredient Selection:

• Acerola powder: contains natural vitamin C, which helps reduce fatigue.
• Coconut oil: it provides a significant source of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides), which are used efficiently by the body during exercise (by the brain, muscles, etc.).
• Rice flour: beneficial because it provides less simple sugar and more starch. Gluten-free flour.
• Coconut blossom sugar: it differs from other sugars through its vitamin and mineral content—calcium, potassium, and iron—and contains 16 of the 20 amino acids.

Directions for Use:

BEFORE EXERCISE
3 hours before training or competition, include it in breakfast to allow sufficient digestion time and wake up the muscles. Recommended serving: 2 soft cakes.

For breakfast, it is recommended to have:

• 1 carbohydrate/fat serving: 2 soft cakes + 60 g of ATLET almond energy cream*
• 1 protein serving: 1 egg or 1 slice of ham (nitrite-free)
• 1 piece of fresh fruit

1 hour before exercise: 1 soft cake as a pre-exercise snack

DURING EXERCISE
Consume 1/2 soft cake every 30 minutes to ensure a regular energy supply and promote good digestive absorption. This soft cake can replace an exercise drink for carbohydrate intake, but not for sodium intake, so it is important to use a supplement to provide sodium.

Exercise > 3 hours: the soft cakes can be used as snacks at refreshment stations to properly replenish energy stores (glycogen and fats). For example, have soup for water and sodium intake, supplemented with two soft cakes for energy intake.

AFTER EXERCISE
During recovery, consume the soft cake as soon as possible after exercise (within 30 minutes) to promote the replenishment of glycogen stores.

Store away from heat in a dry place.
