The Squeezy Protein Energy Bar was specially developed for the key recovery phase after training or competition. It targets the famous 30-minute metabolic window (Open Window Effect), a period during which the body is particularly efficient at absorbing carbohydrates and proteins.

Thanks to an optimized formulation, this protein energy bar provides the energy needed to replenish stores while supplying the essential building blocks for muscle repair, maintenance, and development. The proportions of carbohydrates and protein are precisely adapted to post-exercise needs.

For the 2024 season, the recipe was improved with an juicier, velvety texture, combined with a delicate vanilla flavor coated in chocolate, combining nutritional effectiveness with enjoyment.
