226ERS Endurance Fuel Bar are gluten-free, lactose-free energy bars suitable for vegans. They contain no added sugars, syrups, or flavors, which helps improve carbohydrate absorption.
They contain only natural ingredients such as figs and almonds, as well as organic ingredients such as dates and raisins. No sugar, syrup, or flavorings have been used; the flavors are obtained naturally from fruit, spices, cocoa, etc.
Each 60 g bar provides more than 200 kcal and approximately 35 g of easily assimilated carbohydrates in their natural form.
They can be consumed during training, competitions, or between meals to provide the energy needed before exercise.
Directions for use:
It can be consumed at any time of day.
- Before exercise: Before exercising, as a snack between meals or as an energy supplement before engaging in physical activity.
- During exercise: For an energy boost during training.
- After exercise: To replenish glycogen stores and improve recovery.
