Energy gel with cyclodextrin, a next-generation carbohydrate that enables glycogen replenishment much more efficiently.

In a 76 g, 200 kcal stick, each gel contains 50 g of carbohydrates in a 1:1 ratio of simple to complex carbohydrates.

Directions for use: 

You can consume up to 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approximately 300 ml of water. Always stay hydrated. Store in a cool, dry place.
