GoldNutrition V-Protein (720g) - Chocolate

Vegan V-Protein GoldNutrition® is a plant-based protein, ideal for supplementing protein intake and maintaining muscle mass.

It is the plant-based alternative for your protein intake and is made exclusively from pea and rice proteins, allowing its composition to include all the essential amino acids needed by the body, with no added sugars.

Your plant-based alternative!

Vegan V-Protein GoldNutrition® is a product rich in plant-based proteins (83%) from peas and rice, allowing its composition to include all the essential amino acids needed by the body, with no added sugars and containing less than 1 g of sugar per shake.

The main source of protein  in Vegan V-Protein GoldNutrition® is pea protein . It is quite rich in essential amino acids, particularly BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) and glutamine. These amino acids are important both in sports, where the aim is to recover quickly and improve adaptation to training, and in health, where they help preserve muscle mass lost with age (sarcopenia) and optimize the immune system.

The combination with rice  protein results in a more complete amino acid profile, as pea protein contains methionine as its limiting amino acid and rice is a good source of this amino acid. This may also be a suitable choice for those who want a more alkaline diet, as vegetable-based supplements have already demonstrated this effect 5.

With a delicious flavor, Vegan  V-Protein GoldNutrition® can be used to supplement protein intake in diets with higher protein requirements and in vegetarian and vegan diets, as proteins contribute to maintaining muscle mass and bone mass. It can also be consumed to help balance the body's pH due to its alkaline potential. Plant-based proteins are a more sustainable option because producing plant-based foods has a much lower environmental impact and lower production costs.

It is an ideal plant-based protein for:

• Supplementing protein intake in the diet;
• Combating the loss of muscle mass caused by aging or a sedentary lifestyle;
• Promoting muscle regeneration after training;
• Providing a satiating effect and helping control appetite.
