Lecka Energy Gel Box, a box of 12 energy gels made with real fruit
A gel made with fruit, honey or cocoa rather than synthetic flavorings, with a smooth texture that can be taken without water if needed. The box contains 12 sachets of the same flavor, chosen from the five recipes in the range. Depending on the recipe, one sachet provides 100 to 110 kcal, 22 to 27 g of carbohydrates and 90 to 120 mg of sodium.
What the box contains
- 12 sachets of your chosen flavor;
- sachet size depending on the recipe: 40 g, 43 g or 44 g;
- 1,200 to 1,320 kcal and 264 to 324 g of carbohydrates in total.
Five recipes, five profiles

Passion Fruit (40 g): 37% passion fruit, 110 kcal and 27 g of carbohydrates;

Banana (44 g): 29% banana, the most crowd-pleasing flavor, 100 kcal and 25 g of carbohydrates;

Café Cacao (43 g): the only caffeinated option, 7% cocoa powder and 2% Robusta coffee, 100 kcal and 22 g of carbohydrates;

Citron Vert Gingembre (40 g): the tangy option, 16% lime on a honey base, 110 kcal and 27 g of carbohydrates;

Kumquat Miel (40 g): 48% honey and 22% kumquat, 110 kcal and 26 g of carbohydrates.
Two things to know before choosing
- the Citron Vert Gingembre and Kumquat Miel recipes contain honey: they are not suitable for a vegan diet, unlike the other three;
- the Café Cacao recipe is labeled high caffeine content: not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Why choose the box format
During a training block or marathon preparation, gel consumption is regular and predictable. The box prevents you from running out midweek and can be stored as is.
How to Use
- 1 gel 15 minutes before exercise;
- then 1 to 2 gels per hour during exercise;
- preferably consumed with water.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Consume immediately after opening the sachet. Best consumed within 15 months of the date of manufacture.
