GEL 30CHO OFF CAF has 30g of carbohydrates per gel, carefully formulated with the body’s absorption capacity in mind. It uses a 1:0.5 ratio that doubles the load on SGLT1 and SGLT2, without overlooking the importance of the GLUT5 transporter, thus avoiding digestive issues and making it perfect even for strategies involving a high quantity of carbohydrates per hour, enabling performance of up to 90–100g/hour. The 30g of carbohydrates are supplemented with micronutrients involved in energy metabolism to make it more efficient.
