When practising certain sports (bodybuilding, contact sports, rugby, handball, swimming, etc.), the muscles are heavily used and therefore require a substantial protein intake.
Why a Whey Protein shaker?
For the purpose of MUSCLE BUILDING, your body needs:
- proteins, which help restore muscle mass
- vitamins:
- particularly vitamin B6, which contributes to normal protein metabolism
- vitamins C and E, which help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Directions for use:
- Take a 250 ml shaker after your workout.
- If needed, a second shaker may also be taken before the workout.
