SEASON FOLLOW-UP - Nutrition advice aligned with your goals

This service is provided as a continuation of the Nutrition Advice Session—Alignment with Your Goals

Based on the results of this initial assessment and the first recommendations, we will arrange follow-up throughout your sports season (every 4 to 6 weeks).

We will analyze with you the effect of changes in your sports nutrition practices on your performance and develop a strategy for the season.

Together, we will adjust your habits by organizing tests of new products or consolidating the progress already achieved.

Our respective backgrounds as pharmacists and researchers, along with our understanding of the realities of endurance sports, will enable us to guide you through general explanations about nutrition and sports performance. However, we are not nutritionists and do not provide specific meal plans or medical advice.
