Muesli with peanuts
A delicious blend of peanuts, raisins, pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips, Peanut Trail Mix is the ideal companion for hiking, running, cycling, climbing and many other activities. Each energy bar contains 11 g of plant-based protein and 13 g of oat flakes to fuel you throughout the day. The ideal ally on every trail.

Directions for use:
- One to three hours before exercise with water to build up reserves and prevent hunger.
- During exercise with a drink.
- The delicious taste of CLIF BAR energy bars also makes them a great snack during long days.
Ingredients:
OAT flakes 20%, brown rice syrup, extruded SOY crispies (rice flour, SOY protein isolate, BARLEY malt extract), tapioca syrup, roasted SOY seeds, PEANUTS 7%, cane syrup, raisins 5%, chicory root fiber, peanut butter, SOY flour, sugar, pumpkin seeds, cocoa mass, salt, flavorings, cocoa butter, sunflower oil, emulsifier ( SOY lecithins).
