Directions for use

• Dissolve 35g of powder (2 scoops) in 500ml of water.
• In hot weather, dilute the drink more and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes
• In cold weather, over-concentrate the drink and take 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes

For a complete energy intake, supplement the drink with Meltonic energy gels.
