It is essential to start hydrating from the very beginning of your effort and maintain consistent hydration by drinking small amounts every 10 minutes, without waiting until you feel thirsty.

Directions for use:

Consume HYDRIXIR ULTRA from the beginning of exercise. Do not wait until you are thirsty to take your first sip, as dehydration can set in quickly.

Drink 1 to 2 mouthfuls of HYDRIXIR ULTRA every 10 minutes, i.e. between 500 ml and 750 ml of drink per hour.

Dosage:

• For 500 ml of drink: 3 tablespoons (i.e. 40 g of powder)
• For 700 ml of drink: 4 tablespoons (i.e. 56 g of powder)

Quantity of prepared drink:

• 1 box of 400 g = 10 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 5 L of drink)
• 1 box of 10 sticks of 40 g = 10 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 5 L of drink)
• 1 sachet of 1.6 kg = 40 doses of 500 ml (i.e. 20 L of drink)
