Each Zenzero bar is enriched with 3.5 g of ginger, rich in gingerol with powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Ginger has long been used in medicine to aid digestion, reduce nausea, and help fight the flu and common cold. Studies suggest that consuming just 2 g of ginger daily may help reduce exercise-induced muscle pain, the daily progression of muscle pain, and even the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
